Previous Academic Degrees and Research Focus

Aidan holds bachelor's degrees in both psychology and Spanish from the University of Victoria. Her primary research focus is mental illness in the workplace. She is interested in exploring mental illness both at the employee and leadership levels, incorporating a multilevel framework into her research. Her other research interests include wellbeing, emotions, psychological safety, and abusive supervision.
