Previous Academic Degrees and Research Focus

Ratchel obtained her master degree in management engineering. Before joining Haskayne School of Business, she was interested in sustainable growth strategies. Fascinated by the rich opportunities and support at Haskayne, she has been exploring different topics in global strategic management and entrepreneurship. Her current research interests include value creation effects in cross-border acquisitions, integration challenges and entrepreneurial capabilities in post-acquisition stages, and emerging market firms.
