Haskayne’s Coaching for High Performance program is specifically designed to help all levels of managers be more effective at communicating with employees and motivating them toward achieving key organizational objectives.

Emerging, mid-level and senior managers who wish to develop the key skills needed to motivate and energize direct reports and colleagues to achieve higher standards of performance and create greater alignment between individual employee performance and the achievement of key team and organizational objectives.
