The Executive MBA Program is designed to benefit experienced managers and professionals. Typical candidates are individuals who see the need to develop a broader skill base and stronger general management capabilities in order to enhance their strategic leadership capabilities and their careers. Although each application will be considered on its own merits, in general, the following criteria apply:

1. Candidates will have at least seven years of work experience including supervisory experience.

2. Candidates must supply: two letters of appraisal, including one from senior management of their organization; a resume detailing their education and career to date; and a statement outlining their career and learning objectives.

3. The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is required of all applicants who do not have an undergraduate degree from a recognized institution or have an undergraduate degree with less than a 3.0/4.0 GPA or first class standing.

4. Candidates who do not hold an undergraduate degree, but have considerable professional experience, may also be admissible.

The Admissions Committee reserves the right to require the GMAT of any applicant.

The non-refundable application fee is $100 for Canadian citizens and permanent residents and $130 for international candidates.
