Sushil Nifadkar

Sushil Nifadkar is an Assistant Professor-HROD at Haskayne School of Business. He completed his PhD in Organizational Behavior from Arizona State University in 2009. His current research focuses on newcomer adjustment and international management issues. One of his papers is currently in press at Academy of Management Journal. In addition, he has presented his work at major international conferences and has published a highly-cited paper on cross-cultural Organizational Behavior and a book chapter on a related topic. A member of Academy of Management, he teaches OB related undergrad and graduate courses. The Academy of Management’s OB Division adjudged him as an Outstanding Reviewer in 2006.
