Creating Effective Workplace Relationships

We are constantly interacting with people in our work environment, either in teams or one-to-one. The outcome and success of our work depends on how we communicate with others. We often don’t achieve results we want because our relationships fail. Having the right conversation is not easy although neglecting it dooms our projects and compromises our effectiveness. In this workshop, we will cover skills on how to communicate in a clear and open manner, to be heard, without alienating the other person. Examples will include how to deliver and receive performance appraisal feedback, handle poor teamwork, and deal with disrespect.
