Maximizing Motivation, Minimizing Procrastination

This program brings together the art and science underlying human behaviour and motivation in the workplace. Using leading-edge, evidence-based techniques, you will examine the impact of confidence and incentives as drivers for motivation and overall employee performance. Specific methods designed to build confidence and align incentives to organizational goals will be examined. Special emphasis will be placed on methods that can be used to avoid common motivational traps, like procrastination, so that you can maximize your productivity.
