Women’s Executive Leadership Workshop

To drive business performance and gain competitive advantage, companies must utilize the full range of talent from within, in particular their female executives. This workshop is designed to help women gain the knowledge and confidence required to become an outstanding leader within an organization. In this program you will focus on enhancing your approach to leadership and addressing the unique challenges you face as a women executive.

Using proven leadership assessment tools, you will develop a greater self-awareness of your own leadership style. You will expand the skills critical to success and advancement in your job through a series of interactive exercises, review of best practices and insights from an executive who has been there. You will then be able to develop a realistic agenda in your own approach to leadership and build an action plan to implement what you have learned.
