All graduate student research projects involving humans requires submission to the Conjoint Faculties Research Ethics Board (CFREB) through IRISS.
All course-based data collection projects (graduate and undergraduate) are reviewed by the Chair of the Haskayne School of Business Research Ethics Committee (HSBREC) following the Tri-Council Policy Statement. For graduate students, Research Ethics certification is required through the University's Course on Research Ethics (CORE) Tutorial.
