Support Guidelines

ITS offers the following levels of support to all academic and administrative staff at the Haskayne School of Business. ITS works closely with central IT and other groups on campus to provide technical services to all HSB staff.

Computer Hardware Full Support*

Limited Support**

No Support
Standard University computer hardware purchased with University funds.
Non-standard computer hardware purchased with University funds.
Personally purchased and/or home-based computer hardware.

* Full - Technical support including setup, maintenance and troubleshooting for standard computer hardware

** Limited - Technical support including troubleshooting for non-standard computer hardware to a maximum of 30 minutes
