ENMG 303 - Overview Alta Oil & Gas Indust - Fall 2009

This course will provide students with an understanding of the upstream petroleum industry and will focus on the development of petroleum resources by Alberta based corporations. Analysis of the emerging coalbed methane industry and issues surrounding the development of the oil sands will be included.
This course may not be repeated for credit.

Prerequisite(s)

  • Admission to the Haskayne School of Business and successful completion of 9 full-course equivalents. Credit for both Energy Management 303 and Petroleum Land Management 475 will not be allowed
