ENMG 403 - Overview of the Alberta Oil & Gas Industry - Fall 2012

This course will provide students with an understanding of the upstream petroleum industry and will focus on the development of petroleum resources by Alberta based corporations. Analysis of the emerging coalbed methane industry and issues surrounding the development of the oil sands will be included.
This course may not be repeated for credit.

  • Credit for both Energy Management 403 and Petroleum Land Management 475 will not be allowed. Also known as: (formerly Energy Management 303)

Prerequisite(s)

  • Admission to the Haskayne School of Business and successful completion of 9.0 full-course equivalents.
