UCQ students complete final nursing practicum in Calgary
Carlien Oberholster and Diariatou Lassana Gassama are UCQ trailblazers: while other nursing students from Doha have come to Calgary for elective courses, Oberholster and Gassama are the first two exchange students ever to complete their final clinical practicum in Calgary. They arrived on Halloween and spent the next five weeks immersed in Canadian health care and a little Calgary culture.
