Fundamentals of the real estate industry from bare land to built form, including land development and regulatory body approval acquisition. Exploration of the context of city building, including topics such as the conflict between use value and exchange value of land, political economy of space, globalization trends, sustainability, gentrification and social movements.
This course may not be repeated for credit.
