This change reflects our commitment to supporting leaders at multiple stages of their careers — from emerging professionals stepping into leadership roles to senior executives navigating complex organizational challenges.

We are excited to introduce a new suite of signature programs designed to provide immersive, high-impact learning experiences. Among these is a reimagined version of Haskayne’s long-running wilderness retreat, bringing together experiential learning, reflection, and leadership development in a unique environment that has been transformative for participants over the years.
