Use these email templates in Outlook.
How can I insert an HTML template into Outlook?
- Click on the email template you would like to use. A new tab will open.
- Copy the entire HTML email:
- PC users: click Control + A (select all), and then Control + C (copy)
- Mac users: click Command + A (select all), and then Command + C (copy)
- Paste into a new email
- PC users: click Control + V (paste)
- Mac users: click Command + V (paste)
- Edit your content and send your email
