Capital IQ is accessed on Lab machines by clicking on the Microsoft Internet Explorer icon in the upper left corner of the screen. When logged on you can access the Help menu by clicking on the Help button of the menu on the upper right corner of the Capital IQ home page. Navigate through the Help menu to see getting started videos and help menus.
