Every custom engagement is designed around your organization's goals, audience, and learning objectives. As a result, investment levels vary depending on program scope, delivery format, and duration. A customized proposal may include:
- Organizational needs assessment and program design
- Program development, administration, and delivery
- A dedicated program team, including subject-matter experts, an academic director, program manager, and program coordinator
- Customized learning materials and contextualized program content
- In-person delivery at the Haskayne School of Business, your organization, or through a virtual learning platform
- Catering services for classroom-based sessions, where applicable
- Certificates of Completion from the Haskayne School of Business for participating learners
Eligible organizations may be able to offset a portion of training costs through the Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant (CAPG), a provincial initiative that supports employer investment in workforce development and productivity enhancement.
