*Tuition is based on the 2026-2027 academic year and does not include general fees, textbooks or supplies for MBA or Graduate Certificate programs. Tuition for the Executive MBA includes instruction and course materials, meals and parking on the main campus during scheduled classes, executive coach services and leadership development workshops (optional). MBA scholarships and funding
Pursuing an MBA is an investment in your future. Haskayne offers several funding opportunities to help support your goals. Each year, more than $650,000 in scholarships are available to MBA students through Haskayne entrance scholarships and donor-funded awards. Students may also explore employer support options, including tuition assistance and professional development funding.
Find your scholarship
Haskayne entrance scholarships recognize incoming MBA students who demonstrate strong academic achievement, professional experience and leadership potential. Applicants are automatically considered for eligible entrance scholarships as part of the admissions process. No separate application is required.

Eligible students may receive entrance scholarships ranging from $1,500 to $20,000.

Selection criteria
Scholarship decisions consider the strength of the overall application, including academic performance, undergraduate GPA and GMAT/GRE scores (where applicable).

How to apply
There is no separate scholarship application required. All eligible applicants are automatically considered when they apply for an MBA program. Entrance scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis, so applying early provides the best opportunity for consideration.
Haskayne offers donor-funded scholarships to support MBA students throughout their program. These awards are made possible through the generosity of donors, and recognize students who demonstrate achievement, leadership and contributions within their communities and professions.

*The total annual award to a student does not normally exceed $20,500.

Scholarship opportunities and the application process are typically shared each spring, with applications reviewed according to the requirements of each award. For more information, please reach out to a program advisor.
Many employers recognize the value of graduate business education and provide financial support for employees pursuing an MBA. Depending on the organization, support may include tuition reimbursement, professional development funding or other education benefits.

What is included in the tuition?
Currently, tuition for the MBA program (Full-time, Flexible and Accelerated) includes courses. You will also be required to pay general fees, which are set annually by the University of Calgary. Tuition for the Haskayne Executive MBA includes instruction and course materials, meals and parking on the main campus during scheduled classes, executive coach services and leadership development workshops (optional).
What should I budget on top of tuition and fees?
MBA students should expects to pay for textbooks and supplies, which are not included in the tuition cost. Executive MBA students will be responsible for their own parking and meal expenses if they plan to be on campus on days when they do not have classes.
