What is Propel?
Propel Business Projects is a project-based learning program at the Haskayne School of Business that connects students with Canadian organizations through a MINI INTERNSHIP. Students complete a 50-hour project over 8 to 10 weeks during the Winter or Spring semesters. Organizations participate as coaches—supporting student growth while benefiting from fresh insights. There is no cost to participating organizations.

How Propel works
- Organizations submit a project and commit to coaching a student, including weekly check-ins
- Projects involve ~50 hours of mostly independent work and one clear objective
- One student is matched based on skills and interests

- Both parties reflect on outcomes and learning
