Business Analytics
The Business Analytics specialization equips students with advanced analytical tools and business acumen to solve real-world problems and guide data-driven strategies. Graduates can prepare themselves for roles that can span a wide range of functions and industries, including business intelligence, operations and supply chain analytics, market analytics and data strategist roles.

This specialization builds skills and knowledge in competitive strategy, innovation, brand management and growth leadership — positioning students to design and deliver bold business transformations. Ideal for those pursuing roles in consulting, corporate innovation, marketing or entrepreneurial ventures.

Energy Management and Sustainability
The Energy Management and Sustainability specialization equips students to navigate evolving energy systems and markets, integrate sustainable practices and respond to regulatory and interest-holder demands. The curriculum emphasizes operational resilience, energy innovation management and strategies for sustainable development. Graduates are prepared for roles in energy strategy and sustainability across established and emerging industries, as well as in non-profits and government.

Project Management
The Project Management specialization builds expertise in planning, executing, and managing complex projects in a variety of sectors. With a focus on agile approaches, leadership, and cross-functional coordination, students are equipped to lead initiatives in various industries such as construction, technology, energy and health care.

Finance
The Finance specialization provides a rigorous foundation in corporate finance, investment analysis and risk management while offering the opportunity to explore emerging areas such as fintech and sustainable finance. This pathway prepares students for a broad array of finance-related roles including investment banking, corporate finance, investor relations and corporate development.

What is the mix of classroom versus online learning?
The Haskayne MBA is primarily a classroom-based program, with students attending in-person classes. Faculty may supplement classroom learning with online tutorials and course materials through the university's learning management system to support class preparation and review. Students also have the opportunity take some elective courses in a flexible online format.
Am I eligible for any course waivers?
Candidates who have previously completed a business degree or Master of Management (MMgmt) at a Canadian or an American university may be eligible for up to four core course waivers and could qualify for Haskayne's Accelerated MBA pathway. Please contact our admissions team for more information
