A Week in the Mountains: the Leadership Expedition in photos

The Haskayne Adventure Leadership program invites 24 Haskayne students to spend a week in the back country of Kananaskis. Generously supported by Hal Kvisle and held during block week at the end of August, the Leadership Expedition takes students out on an adventure that will provide students training in back woods camping. More importantly, the course focuses on developing leadership and teamwork skills.

Applications for this course typically open every year around mid-February and close mid March. Due to the rigorous nature of the course, students can expect their applications to be carefully reviewed before acceptance. The class will be led by the Haskayne Adventure Leadership academic team as well as professionally trained hiking guides. More information can be found on the Leadership Learning webpage.
