The INFORMS Manufacturing and Service Operations Management (MSOM) Annual Conference brings together researchers from around the world to share the latest advances in operations management.
Hosted by the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, the 2027 MSOM Conference will take place at the Banff Centre in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The three-day event will feature the Special Interests Group (SIG) Day on Sunday June 20, 2027, and the main conference on June 21-22, 2027. Participants can also attend the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Operations Management Research (AIMOR) workshop on June 23–24, 2027.
