Haskayne International Exchange

Questions about going abroad? We’re here to help!

Thinking about an exchange semester or already planning your adventure? Our International Exchange team is here to guide you through the process - from applications to packing your bags. Reach out anytime; we’ve got you covered!

Before you email or book an appointment...

Please review the Haskayne website resources, Outgoing Exchange Handbook’, Incoming exchange services’, ‘FAQs’, etc.. This will ensure we can address your questions when you email or meet with us!

Do you have a quick question or prefer email?

Email us at hsb.global@ucalgary.ca – and please include your UCID if possible, it helps us confirm your student account and allows us to give more detailed answers.

Prefer to meet in person or over Zoom?

  • BComm students: We love connecting with students one-on-one to help them plan their exchange adventures. Appointments can be booked through Elevate – available in-person or via Zoom.
    • Tip: Look for us on the Haskayne Academic Advising Appointment calendar, “International Exchange appointment” type.
  • MBA students: Have questions and prefer to chat instead of email? We’re here to help! Email us to request an appointment. We are generally available Monday to Friday between 9:00am-12:00pm & 1:30pm-4:00pm.
