A 5-month experiential program for MBA students who want to develop authentic leadership skills through coaching, peer collaboration and real-world application.

~3 hours/week + 3-day Dale Carnegie course (January 16, 23, 30).

Eligibility

2nd-year and above MBA students.

Cost

Free (Haskayne invests ~$5K per student).

What you will do


Discover yourself

Take the EQ-i 2.0 assessment and attend a 3-day Dale Carnegie course to understand your leadership style.

Practice real skills

Work through workshops on feedback, conflict, resilience and decision-making with executive coaches.

Get personalized support

Receive individual coaching and join a peer accountability triad.

Create your roadmap

Build a personalized 3–6 month leadership development plan.

Timeline overview

Throughout, you are expected to provide feedback verbally or via surveys to improve the program.

Complete your EQ-i 2.0 assessment, explore what success means to you and attend the 3-day Dale Carnegie intensive (January 16, 23, 30). Build self-awareness through structured reflection and workshops.

Practice leadership through weekly workshops on resilience, values, conflict and decision-making. Participate in coaching triad sessions (scheduled flexibly with your group) and simulations.

Final networking event with all program contributors, complete your personalized leadership development plan with 1:1 coaching support.
