Throughout, you are expected to provide feedback verbally or via surveys to improve the program.
Complete your EQ-i 2.0 assessment, explore what success means to you and attend the 3-day Dale Carnegie intensive (January 16, 23, 30). Build self-awareness through structured reflection and workshops.
Practice leadership through weekly workshops on resilience, values, conflict and decision-making. Participate in coaching triad sessions (scheduled flexibly with your group) and simulations.
Final networking event with all program contributors, complete your personalized leadership development plan with 1:1 coaching support.
