- Because your gradebook is complete, be sure to choose ‘Link to an existing grade item’
04:11 -- Add Questions
- Some question types (e.g. multiple choice, true/false, multi-select, ordering, matching) can be graded by D2L
- Some question types (e.g. written response, short answer) require you to review/grade the learner’s response
- **Work with the Question Library to include Question Pools (randomized question sets) in your quiz
04:45 -- Confirm the Total Points Align to the Quiz Grade Item
05:25 -- Configure Quiz Settings
- Defined: Start Date = The day/time at which learners can first see/start the quiz
- Defined: End Date = The day/time, after which, learners can no longer see/start the quiz Note: The End Date parameter is the last moment where a learner can start the quiz. It does not terminate quizzes in progress at that day/time.
- **Evaluation & Feedback: Be sure to select both ‘Auto-publish attempt results…’ and ‘Synchronize to gradebook…’
- **Choose ‘No questions’ from the dropdown to only show learners their quiz score. Other selections are available but be sure to understand their effect before choosing them.
