Directors Education Program (DEP)
Haskayne Executive Education
As a director, you are faced with a formidable list of boardroom responsibilities. These challenges include approving the company’s strategy, monitoring its performance, evaluating and compensating the CEO and complying with laws and ethical standards.
This program is the gold standard for directors’ education in Canada and is a necessary step toward receiving ICD accreditation as a certified corporate director. It is held in four three-day modules and is designed for experienced board directors.
"I highly recommend the Directors Education Program to current and future directors. The relevant content, high quality of engaging instructors, and the generous participation and sharing of experiences from the participants combine for a valuable and enjoyable learning experience that is immediately applicable as a director.”
- Gianna Manes, DEP Graduate and President and former CEO, ENMAX Energy Corp.
