Management Alumni Excellence Award Nomination Form

Nominations for the 2025 Haskayne Alumni Awards are now open and will close on Sunday, May 11, 2025.  

Thank you for nominating a Haskayne School of Business alumni for the Management Alumni Excellence Award. Please consider how your nominee meets these four, equally weighted, criteria.

Criteria A: Professional and Industry Impact

For example, the nominee demonstrates an ability to forge new paths to diverse and inclusive organisations; disrupts industries or changes the way business or consumer behave; leads professional/industry groups.

Criteria B: Higher Education Advocacy

For example, the nominee recruits students for summer jobs, co-op programs or permanent positions; contributes directly to a post-secondary scholarship or financially contributes to the University of Calgary.

Criteria C: Service to UCalgary and Haskayne students

For example, the nominee volunteers to mentor/advise business students; speak in class or to student groups; volunteers as a committee member at the Haskayne School of Business or university.

Criteria D: Community Influence

For example, the nominee has been recognized by local or national volunteer organizations for service and leadership; supports diverse community organizations with volunteer time and philanthropic contributions.
