This submission will be processed from a shared email account, actively managed by the Undergrad Programs Office Administration.

Note: Request Confirmation does not automatically provide room access or ComMedia/podium access.

If required, access cards/keys must be physically signed out from the Scurfield Hall Facilities Office (SH 149) prior to your event during regular office hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Mon-Fri. CommMedia/podium access requests must be submitted online through ServiceNow.
