Get ready for your licensing exam
Condo managers in Alberta must be licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA). Before you take your exams, you must take Fundamentals of Condominium Management and Practice of Condominium Management. If you’re licensed and looking to become a broker, take the Condominium Management Broker program.
Fundamentals of Condominium Management
This introductory course is designed to give you the foundation for a career in condominium management.
Practice of Condominium Management
The final course required for your Condominium Manager Associate License will refine your skills, advance your understanding of the industry and prepare you for your licensing exam.
Condominium Management Broker Program
This optional course is for licensed Condominium Managers seeking a broker’s license.
