Haskayne IT Support

ITS offers the following levels of support to all academic and administrative staff at the Haskayne School of Business. ITS works closely with central IT and other groups on campus to provide technical services to all HSB staff.

Computer Hardware Support

  • Full Support*: Standard University computer hardware purchased with University funds
  • Limited Support**: Non-standard computer hardware purchased with University funds
  • No Support: Personally purchased and/or home-based computer hardware

* Full Support - Technical support including setup, maintenance and troubleshooting for standard computer hardware

** Limited Support - Technical support including troubleshooting for non-standard computer hardware to a maximum of 30 minutes
