Master of Management

The Catalyst Professional Development Badge Program (Catalyst) supports Master of Management students in identifying new possibilities and launching their careers. Through hands-on learning workshops, students will master the fundamentals required to navigate their career, understand the job market, develop and refine their personal brand, and build their business acumen. They will identify career paths, practice professional communication skills and build their network through opportunities to meet with industry.  Through the program, students can earn up to nine badges across three levels.

Level 1 Badges will:

• Keep students on track (there are due dates!);
• Give students a “baseline” level of competency;
• Build on learnings from previous badges;
• Give students access to rewards, such as events and swag.

Level 2 Badges will:

• Push students further to have the best-in-class career planning and branding;
• Be personalized to them, with 1-on-1 coaching and planning.

Level 3 Badges will:

• Recognize student accomplishments (these badges represent the achievements of all Level 1 and/or 2 badges).
