Viet Quan Nguyen is a PhD Candidate in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources area at the Haskayne School of Business (2017-present), specializing in moral cognitions, paradoxical thinking, and workplace safety. Under the supervision of Dr. Ogunfowora, his research explores the intricate relationships between these constructs, shedding light on their nuanced impact on employees' behaviour and well-being.
