Mathison Hall Event Centre Booking Form

To request use of the Mathison Hall Event Centre, please complete this form. We will get back to you with availability of your request. If this request is for a group external to Haskayne, we may not be able to confirm the booking until 6 weeks prior to the event. External groups are responsible for set, strike, cleaning, following all applicable policies and procedures and payment to suppliers. Our exclusive caterer is Aramark (no exceptions).
 
External groups will require event insurance.
 
The Event Centre can be divided into two smaller sections (A and B). Depending on the size of your event, we may allocate one section only.

Capacity of the Event Centre:

  • 120 at rounds of 8 with staging
  • 144 at rounds of 8, no staging
  • 232 theatre style, no staging
  • 160 theatre with staging (approx.)
