Your gradebook is complete, and you have ready access to your approved course outline
Definition: Dropbox = A folder for student assignment submission

- Because your gradebook is complete, be sure to choose ‘Link to an existing grade item’
02:49 – Complete the Dropbox Settings
- Defined: Due Date = The day/time after which the submission is late. Note: The due date does not affect the learners’ ability to access the dropbox
- Defined: Start Date = When the learners can first access the dropbox
- Defined: End Date = When the dropbox is no longer accessible to learners
- **Creating a group/team dropbox: Set the dropbox as an ‘Individual Assignment’ for now. You will connect the dropbox later after you define your student groups/teams.
- **Submission & Completion section: Recommend that you select ‘Unlimited’ files per submission and ‘Only the most recent submission is kept’
