Biography

Ton is a PhD student in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources division of Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. His research focuses on workplace mistreatment, moral emotions, and leadership ethics. He is working with his supervisor, Dr. Sandy Hershcovis, in exploring the dynamics of bystander intervention in workplace mistreatment and how research and practice can improve the effectiveness of this practice.
